It’s been 2 months, precisely this is my second month taking madication at Viva skin tech and to my surprise everything is going pretty well as per the doctor’s consultation. Btw I was consulted to Dr.Ranjitha ma’am and ig the first time me talking one on one with a dermatologist was certainly a win to win conversation as I’m seeing all the changes which was mentioned on the first day. The staffs and the front desk staff are both friendly and highly cooporative. Highly suggest people if someone wants to take any consultations related to skin..

Great place to have PRP treatment and I did total 10 sessions 5 in chennai and 5 here but today's PRP was a top notch one. I should definitely mention about the technicians Manjula - Komal. They're so good and I'll continue my sessions here for sure and with them only. Feeling positive about my hair growth now as positivity comes in the first place before even the treatment.

Aesthetician Tanu who has been helping me throughout is very friendly and approachable. She gets things done in the most meticulous way and comforting manner. At least speaking for myself she's very understanding of the patient/clients requirements.

Visited this clinic for ingrown toe nail.Dr consutation was so quick. I was convinced by the confidence and got the nail surgery done. The procedure was quick and not very painful as I was scared. The staff were very professional and caring I was taken care through out the procedure. They also make follow up callnext day to check and reassure. I had Hydrafacial at Viva. It was my first time getting a Hydrafacial initially I was skeptical about it but after getting it done l am really happy with the results. Hamsha was the one who performed it, she was very humble and polite throughout the procedure she kept explaining about the steps. Doctor came herself to do laser part. Overall I am very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended 👏

I had booked appointment for dr Ranjita basis a reference and went through viva clinics website which only talks about her, her testimonials and feedback. When I went to the clinic, but the staff decided within themselves to move my consultation to some Dr Malvika, Associate derma - whom I neither had any feedback about, nor was given any introduction. I initially thought she is a junior doc and the real consultation would happen later as this female just asked a checklist based questions and gave me a shampoo . N ya, she asked me if I had got my iron tested, to which I said no , n she was like ok. I mean, if she is actually interested in understanding the issue, she would ask for a test and not just enquire about it and settle if the test is not done.While leaving I told the receptionist that I had booked appointment for dr Ranjita as your website speaks of her, n she just casually responded that she did not take the appointment, so she doesn’t know.No apology, no you can meet dr Ranjita now . Nothing . I told her to give me feedback and she was like “sure”. Please note that the clinic was empty and I had called to book the appointment with timing as per their convenience. So it is not like the doctor was busy. Just money making strategy by fooling customers .I am writing this so that other people who read reviews , take feedbacks are better aware n not get fooled.I have consulted to several dermas before and this is the first time some thing like this has happened .. horrible horrible experience

Medlite chemical peel and laser but i got more pimples and skin got wrinkly... M sure she suugest same thing for all.. Never in my life m visiting viva.. Guys go at ur riskBy the way you are trying to cover your faults but also you are accepting it happens. Kindly do not support the doctor if she is at fault . Many innocent ppl trust and come what you guys do is just money making
